Rapid Weight Loss Diet Without Starvation

I'm going share a rapid weight loss diet with you. This is a healthy diet, not your typical "low calorie starve yourself to death" kind of diet. After putting this diet into practice for one to two weeks you will see some striking results. Here's what you need to do:

Step 1

Calculate the amount of calories a person your gender, height and age should be consuming on a daily basis. Let's say the figure you come up with is 2,500.

Step 2

Split the total calories into six meals. You are going to eat six meals per day. Your first meal will be immediately after you wake up. Your next meal will be 3 hours after that. The third meal will be 3 hours later, and so on. So, in our example of 2,500 calories a day, each meal should be around 416 calories.

Step 3

Plan each meal to include protein. Protein is important for three reasons - it is an appetite suppressant, it makes your metabolism work harder and it helps to build muscle (muscle fights fat).

Step 4

Don't skip meals, especially breakfast. Too many people think that by eating less they will lose more weight. This is true in the short term, but in the medium to long term it means putting more weight on because of the damage it does to your metabolism.

Step 5

Any amount of exercise is good. Now that you have a healthy, natural, regular diet you will be losing weight. Bear in mind that even though you are losing weight, doing some exercise (even if it is only a little) will melt the pounds away even faster.

That was my five step rapid weight loss diet. Try it for yourself and be amazed at the results you get.
